For the past two decades, Palestinians have chosen to pursue their claims against Israel through litigation at the international courts.

He is the author of two recent scholarly books regarding the legal history of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. His third book, which is to be published at the end of this month and will be discussed in this webinar, analyzes the merits of the modern-day Palestinian legal case.
